  • Onsite classroom training. Caldwell Communication can conduct training at your site, at your convenience. You don’t need to travel to a remote location or adjust your calendar to fit a predefined class schedule.
  • Tutoring Services. Sometimes a complete course isn’t necessary. You might just need to fill in the gaps in your knowledge of an application, or work with one of our experts for a few hours to learn advanced skills. Before a tutoring session, we discuss exactly what you need to know and at what level of detail.
  • Support services. Help is just a phone call or e-mail message away. Some of our clients really appreciate our “on call” service to help take care of their special needs or tricky problems. Whether it’s the correct implementation of a FrameMaker template, the ins-and-outs of InDesign, or generating PDFs with Acrobat, Caldwell Communication can provide remote support or make an onsite visit.
